During this meeting, we will discuss what your needs are. Together, we will determine if therapy with Niyyahealth is right for you. In the event Niyyahealth is not able to fulfil your needs, you will be referred to another qualified therapist.

Niyyahealth provides psychotherapy and counselling holistically by utilizing a variety of methodologies, theories and interventions specifically tailored to our clients needs. In order to determine the best course of treatment, a detailed initial assessment needs to be conducted. Once an initial assessment is completed, we will formulate a custom treatment plan that is tailored to your specific needs. Upon agreement, we may proceed with regular follow up sessions in order to fulfil your specific treatment plan.
55 min Session

After an initial assessment, we will determine the best course of treatment and facilitate that treatment plan in follow up therapy sessions. The amount and duration of these sessions will be determined by you and the therapist. Session duration options are either 55 minutes and/or 75 minutes.
